Well, I don't like those demonic goatlike hoofs as people used to draw :)
In my imagination they've got a mix of bird and dinosaur feet, I find it more attractive :D

Well, they are not actually demons. These are Kreegans from Might&Magic series (probably, you know it). Very brief explanation - extraterrestrial race which repsentatives look a bit as demons we used to imagine. This one isn't canon though, I added slight modifications to the appearance to make her more attractive in our way of thinking ;)

Ah right.

I have played Might and Magic, heroes 3 and onwards, but I never remembered them actually being extra terrestrial.

Because in HoMM series there's no any mention about cosmic component of the world (I think the matter was in realisation). Trust me it was very hard to me to comprehend all this world :D still, it has his own strange harmony.
